Note EMMA PARRY is a Senior Research Fellow at Cranfield School of Management, UK. One of her main research interests is in age and generational diversity. She has numerous publications in these areas and regularly speaks at academic and practitioner conference on these topics. SHAUN TYSON is Emeritus Professor of HRM at Cranfield University, UK. He has extensive experience as a researcher and author in the field of HRM having published over 20 books in the field.
